Siddhant Buxy is a dispute resolution lawyer based in New Delhi. His practice expanses across the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Principal Benches of NCLAT, NCLT and NGT, the Patiala House Court, and Arbitrations. His has represented a wide range of clients including a large corporate house, listed companies, a Non-Banking Financial Institution, Navratna PSUs, a major sports administration body, Indian subsidiary of a major Japanese company, MSMEs, a state government, private medical colleges, MPs and MLAs, high ranking civil servants, HNIs, commercial pilots, and indigent persons. He has also assisted in research and editing of authoritative treatises on Company law, Contract law and Arbitration law.
Siddhant graduated from the NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad in 2013 with University Gold Medal in Trial and Appellate Advocacy and Professional Ethics. He was enrolled as an advocate in May 2013. He has been qualified to file cases in the Supreme Court of India as an Advocate-on-Record since May 2020.
Before starting his independent practice, Siddhant has trained under Mr. K.V. Viswanathan, erstwhile Senior Advocate (now Hon'ble Judge, Supreme Court of India) as his associate, under Mr. Vijayendra Pratap Singh, Partner in Disputes Practice at Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co., Mumbai (now disputes head in AZB & Partners, Delhi) as associate, and under Hon’ble Mr. Justice A.K. Patnaik, Judge (now retd.), Supreme Court of India as his law clerk-cum-research assistant.

Priyanka Vora is an experienced litigation advocate with a strong background in commercial disputes, white collar crime disputes, constitutional law, and civil law. A graduate of NALSAR University of Law, she has 12 years of expertise in litigation, recognized for strategic counsel, high-stakes case drafting, and arguing or briefing senior advocates in the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and company law tribunals.
She has been enrolled as an advocate since May 2013, and is qualified as an advocate-on-record at the Supreme Court of India since July 2022.
Priyanka has handled significant cases including validity of arbitration agreements that are not stamped (7-judge bench of the Supreme Court), constitutional validity of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code in respect of limitation, personal guarantors of corporate debtors and avoidance applications, as well as high-value corporate amalgamations. She has represented clients in various high-profile litigations in the Supreme Court, high courts and company law tribunals.
